Interesting Features:

- Due to the theatre running directly under the city of Bellevue I am unable to show any of the younger actors faces, therefore this limits the photos I am able to share.

- Since both Gavin & I were new to working with this theater they thought it would be easier and more beneficial if we both worked together on the same process as Co Stage Managers.

• Overall we worked very well as a team, both being professionals in the business we divided up tasks but stuck side by side through it all.

​

- Kept a close eye on number of absences per child actor as BYT has a strict policy of attendance with the potentiality of being kicked out of the production after 3 or more absences.

​

- During Paper Tech

• A 'Production Stage Manager' (PSM) was brought in whom was an appointed volunteer who would be in charge of calling the show.

• To make running the show easier for student/child volunteers age 13 and up Sound and Light cues were appointed to the same cue number. (See photo of Prompt page below)

- Tech & Performances

• Gavin & I's job was essentially to be the ASM's/crew back stage helping the actors with props, costumes, & entrances.

• Call times were still made by Gavin & I with help from the booth PSM.
